Document intake & extraction
Policy, RC, licence, estimate and invoice read into structured fields.
AI Claims Processing
ClaimHorizon connects intake, evidence, document review, damage assessment, red flags, estimation support, human approval and insurer-ready reporting in one controlled workflow.
Private car · Own damage
AI claims processing automates the repetitive work in a motor claim: reading documents, checking coverage and dates, matching the repair estimate to damage photos, validating parts, labour and price, and flagging inconsistencies. In ClaimHorizon, surveyors and authorised claim professionals review every result and make every decision.
The claim journey
Gold marks where a person decides. Blue marks where AI does the groundwork. Many stages have both.
Capabilities
Policy, RC, licence, estimate and invoice read into structured fields.
Policy period, loss date and intimation timing checked on intake.
Reported cause compared with damage seen in photos and video.
Each estimate line matched to visible damage, line by line.
Repair-or-replace and labour hours checked, with reference pricing support.
Inconsistencies across evidence, metadata and narrative queued for review.
Flagged claims routed to the right reviewer with the evidence attached.
Final invoice compared with the approved estimate; salvage recorded.
Approved assessment exported for the insurer’s system and records.
Estimate-to-image check
Select a line from the garage estimate. ClaimHorizon shows what the photos support, and why a line was queried, so the surveyor can decide quickly.
Illustrative sample estimate. Amounts are examples, not reference prices.
Dent visible in photo 4 but no tear or crease. Repair may be sufficient; surveyor to confirm.
Shared control
ClaimHorizon is built so the right person always owns the outcome.

The same checks and approval gates for every claim, branch and region.
See where each claim sits, who owns it and what is blocking it.
Pre-inspection and Spot Setu evidence carried into the claim file.
FAQs
AI claims processing uses document AI, computer vision and rules to handle the repetitive parts of a motor claim: reading documents, checking coverage and dates, matching the repair estimate to damage photos, validating parts and labour, and flagging inconsistencies. Licensed surveyors and claim handlers review the results and make every decision.
It removes manual work between steps. Documents are extracted automatically, coverage and date checks run on intake, estimates are compared with photos line by line, and a case summary is drafted, so handlers spend their time on judgement instead of data entry and follow-ups.
Each line in the garage estimate, such as replacing a bumper or repairing a door, is checked against the damage visible in the claim photos and video. Lines without matching visible damage, or where repair could replace replacement, are queried for the surveyor to review.
A person. AI assists with extraction, matching, classification, reasoning and summaries. QC, admissibility, negotiation, escalation and final approval stay with the surveyor and authorised claim professionals.
